You tune it in to the frequency at the gym, and you're listening to the TV! If you're not sure what you need, tell a salesperson and they can show you what's available. Go to your nearest Target or like place and go to the electronics section, where they have all the radios, TVs, etc., and look for a tiny FM receiver that you can attach to your waist or upper arm while you walk.
